I can't say enough good things about my experience getting my truck repaired. From the very first call, their customer service was prompt and genuinely attentive - someone always got back to me quickly, and they never left me guessing about what was going on. I was treated like family. What really stood out was how they handled everything with my insurance. They paid close attention to every detail, made sure nothing was overlooked in the claim, and gave me honest advice and tips along the way that made a stressful process so much easier to navigate. The repair itself was quick, and when I picked up my truck, it was better than when I dropped it off. Not only was the collision damage repaired perfectly, but they detailed the entire truck, interior and exterior. It felt like driving a new vehicle off the lot. I also have to mention how much I love what they've done with their building. The updated facility looks great, and the large American flagpole out front is such a nice touch - you can tell Mark and team take pride in their business and their community. Overall, just awesome service from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality collision repair and a team that actually cares. I rolled into Three J's today after getting a ridiculous estimate from a well know Auto body repair in West Chester on rt 42.  I showed Zach the minor corner scratch's on the vehicle, discussing the age of vehicle and its my Childs first car . Zach INSANTLY suggested an appropriate cost effective solution ( Obviously understanding my request), where as the other shop tried to milk me for $1800. Excellent customer service.  Ladies, this is not your normal body shop— they have a nice, clean waiting room and you can hang out with Emily while Zach does your estimate.  Great communication, service and attention to detail.  Highly recommend!  I would definitely use them again.
